We had some rain on our last travel day. Steve purchased rain gear earlier this year so he doesnt have to drive in soaked clothes. The bright orange is also great in case of emergency!
The jacket is a Columbia Omni-Tech model that stays breathable while keeping you warm and dry. We picked up the jacket an a Columbia outlet store for a good price.
The rain pants are also Columbia and do a good job of keeping the lower half dry too and easily fit over whatever else you are wearing. When the rain is heavy and the dogs need to go out no matter what this full rain gear kit makes the task a lot more pleasant. Now if only I had rain proof shoes…
