Staying at Three Rivers State Park
We spent the last few days at Three Rivers State Park in Sneads, Florida. The park had 31 campsites and is on Lake Seminole. It’s quiet and you can bring your boat to go fishing.
Lake Seminole was formed where the Chattahoochee River and Flint River combine and are impounded by the Jim Woodruff Dam . Beyond the dam, the single combined river is the Apalachicola River. While in Sneads, we visited the neighboring town of Marianna and learned a bit about the history of this community at the Visitors Center.
